The ideal candidate would be independently licensed with excellent clinical and management skills as well as 3 years experience in an emergency and inpatient behavioral health services setting including two years in a supervisory position.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe mobile crisis program is a 24 hour 7 days a week program serving the needs of Lynn and over 13 surrounding communities.\u0026nbsp; Our services are available to help individuals experiencing a mental health and/or substance abuse crisis.\u0026nbsp;We provide crisis intervention and management, evaluation and assessment as well as treatment and referral to community supports.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eProvide supervision and support to weekday and weekend triage staff maintaining documentation of all supervisory meetings.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide telephone crisis intervention, triage, counseling and referral in a professional and sensitive manner.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePlan for clinicians to be mobile, doing evaluations in the community and at on-site clinics, as much as possible.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssign clinicians to conduct evaluations in a timely manner and provide supervision in the performance of their duties.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain and review all crisis alerts each day and communicate alerts to the next shift.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eReview each case with clinicians before disposition is made; ensure that the clinician conducts a thorough clinical assessment of the client and consults with an on-site or on-call psychiatrist when needed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborate with clinical supervisor in triage staff recruitment including interviewing, recommendation for hiring, firing, orientation and training of new staff.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain current site-based directory of community resources including access numbers and protocols; list of payers; insurance company prior authorization numbers and protocols; detoxification centers; homelessness resources; and other such resource lists commonly utilized in Emergency Services and training manual for triage staff.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSupport program goals and objectives including, but not limited to, maximizing a safe diversion rate, assuring clinical follow-up and collateral contacts with primary care physicians, inclusion of family/caretakers and collateral providers in crisis planning and intervention.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure that clients are provided with the least restrictive, clinically appropriate interventions and that all appropriate community resources are utilized in the development of final disposition.\u003c/li\u003e
