In addition, the role supervises a Director, Organizational Learning and a Manager, Organizational Data and Analytics within the department of Organizational Excellence. The Executive Director, Organizational Excellence will support the organization by providing leadership in areas of Data, Key Performance Indicators, Evidence Base Practices, Quality Improvement and Assurance. In addition, support in the area of Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives, ensure that CARF Accreditation Standards and ACA Accreditation designations are maintained. Finally, key member sin the Quality Improvement Committees, address systems for Medicaid billing and support the Vice President, Human Resource and Administration with Policy and Procedure development and risk management. u003c/pu003e u003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eu003cuu003eRESPONSIBILITIES:u003c/uu003eu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003e u003culu003eu003cliu003eSupervises a team and is responsible for the daily operations and service output of the Organizational Excellence support unit. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eAssists in the development of clinical programs and the clinical expertise of staff for professional development and evidence-based trainings. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eAssists and reviews all RFPs, Grants and Proposals within language and development of response. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eReviews and provides guidance on creation of Key Performance Indicators across the organization. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eCollaboration with the various business support units to achieve objectives as needed. (HR, IT, FIN u0026 Marketing/Communication/Development). u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eLeads and oversees organization wide accreditation processes for CARF and ACA. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eIn collaboration with Human Resources, leads the organizations internship program for clinical staff, as well as contributes to the development and maintenance of the Learning Management System in Paycom. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eSupports programs and leads efforts to embed Evidenced-Based Practices in all services across the organization.u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eLeads the organizations quality improvement and assurance programs. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eCreates curriculum for learning platforms and materials. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003ePerforms facilitation for virtual and in person training programs as needed. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eParticipates and functions as a key collaborator in the design of the organizations strategic plan. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eRepresents the organization as needed to address the work quality and outcomes perspective of the organization. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eDelivers new management and new employee training on organizational excellence and expectations. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eFacilitates and maintains the quality improvement committee, peer to peer assessment committee. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eParticipates on the policies and procedures committee, risk management committee, incident review committee, quarterly one-body sessions and new hire orientation to introduce new staff to the Organizational Excellence Team and purpose. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eCollaborates with Regional Vice Presidents and functions as an internal thought partner on strategic approaches to service line development. u003c/liu003e u003c/ulu003ennu003cstrongu003eJob Requirementsu003c/strongu003enu003culu003eu003cliu003eMasters degree in Human Services or related field. u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eMinimum of seven (7) years of combined quality improvement, training and accreditation experience. u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eClinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LIPC, LMFT). u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eFive (5) years of Managerial experience of remote and high functioning staff. u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eExperience working in a multi-cultural human services non-profit organization. u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eExperience with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives program creation and implementation.u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eExperience with creating learning management system curriculum, conducting and facilitation of virtual and in-person trainings. u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eExperience with developing Evidence-Based Practices and aligning EBPs to maintain diverse service lines training needs for quality improvement (i.e. Intellectual Disability, Homelessness, Re-Entry, Behavioral Health, SUD, Veterans and Community-based Housing, and Mental Health Services.) u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eExperience with CARF, JACHO, ACA and other accreditation bodies. u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eAbility to effectively collaborate and facilitate change, interfacing with all levels of the organization while managing multiple projects over multiple states.u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eSolid problem-solving skills and conceptual abilities that lead to solid execution. u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003eu003c/ulu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eExperience working with Learning Management Systems (Paycom, Health Stream etc.). u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eExperience working with and deploying case management systems (Foothold/Awards).u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eExperience with HIPPA Compliance standards and telehealth methodology. u003c/liu003eu003cbr /u003e u003cliu003eExperience with research and development of policies and implementation.
