JOB SUMMARY: Executive Coordinator role is currently based in Arlington, VA, and will provide project and/or administrative support to multiple team members at the direction of his or her manager. This includes support for up to three (3) executives, including the CEO, in all administrative tasks and other projects as required. Handles non-routine information and carries out activities following general guidelines with limited direction. Exercises independent thinking and discretion. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include management of all aspects of the calendar and travel schedule; booking travel; processing expense statements, arranging conference and online calls, and various other administrative activities. The Executive Coordinator will also serve as the main point of contact for communication and coordination of all Board activities including attending board meetings, taking minutes and coordinating all meeting and communications.,
