\tPerform work related to determining pay, maintaining payroll records, analyzing pay data, and producing related pay reports
\tPerform special surveys and/or audits of pay, time and leave matters
\tRespond to written and verbal inquiries from various offices, both federal and non-federal
\tCounsel employees who have qualified for retirement benefits under two or more programs
\tCounsel or advises individual employees within a large, complex, or diverse organization
\tProvide managers and employees with information and interpretations of the agency's employee benefits administration, and other work life programs
,qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 level of difficulty and responsibility in the Federal service as defined in the next paragraph.

Specialized experience is experience at or equivalent to which is directly related to the position which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) to successfully perform the duties of the position to include experience in (1) providing direct counseling to management, employees and family members on retirement and benefit entitlements; (2) experience maintaining payroll records, analyzing pay data, and producing related pay reports/audits. retirement and benefits counseling & processing
