As Administrative Director, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and clinical services for our physician offices. You will oversee operations of all practice locations to ensure they operate according to established standards, including but not limited to: staffing, scheduling, clinical services, and plant and equipment maintenance.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of knowledge in lean practice management with a focus on optimizing the patient experience while ensuring quality outcomes. Focusing on optimization of the care delivery team to improve both provider and staff engagement and satisfaction is crucial for this position, and advanced knowledge of group practice management in an ever changing environment will serve you well. A bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field (master's preferred) and minimum of five years of physician group practice administration experience is highly preferred.
