Maintains and coordinates various aspects of the compensation program established for the hospital, to include participation in salary surveys, analysis of salary survey results, annual performance evaluation and merit program, special compensation programs, maintenance of salary ranges, pay rates, and employee data in the Lawson system.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Business, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of compensation required. Additionally previous project management experience and strong analytical skills required. Healthcare experience and Lawson experience is preferred.
