Responsibilities
As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems), your duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Serve as a Branch Chief in HRSAID with responsibility for the oversight, program and project management of NIH efforts related to HR systems and technologies, HR information management, HR analytics and business process management.
Supervises and/or leads multiple programs and project teams and performs full range of supervisory functions.
Lead initiatives which include but are not limited to the Process Optimization Program (POP), Core Systems, Talent Management Systems, Analytics, Workflow Systems, Systems Support, Information Management, Data Management, and Web Technologies.
Prepare and defend funding requests to support development and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and solutions to support HR business needs
Serve as an expert for HR information systems and solutions
Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for HR information systems and integration with other technologies/systems.
Engage with a variety of customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Foster a creative and safe environment conducive to organizational agility and innovation.

Qualifications
You qualify at the GS-0201-14 level, if you meet one of the following qualification requirements:

You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of human resources IT systems; IT project management; supervising employees; managing budget and funding requests; leading HR/workforce analytics; leading system committees or workgroups; formulating HR and technology-related strategies; and serving as a human resources IT system technical advisor.
