The IC Customer Care Center is a single point of entry that serves as a call center or hotline for prospective IC participating agency applicants who are having difficulty navigating the process, particularly the online application process. The recruitment function requiring support for the IC participants, includes the answering of general information phone calls and emails related to applicant use of the Applicant Gateway system during the application process; regardless of which IC participating agency to which an applicant is applying.nnDuties:n* Answer general information phone calls and emails related to the use of the Applicant gateway system within 48 business hoursn* Refer applicants to appropriate agency POC for status checks to include resume status and hiring process statusn* Provide monthly statistics on calls and emails, Additional reports may be requested periodicallynnRequired Skills:n* TS/SCI clearance with polyn* Five years of experiencen* Demonstrated experience in customer service principles, problem solving methods, record keeping, writing stylesn* Use of computers and internet/intranetn* Intermediate level MS Office Suite Knowledgen* PeopleSoft database knowledge or ability to learnn* Strong organizational skillsn* Excellent oral and written communication skillsn* Strong ability to multi-task and high attention to detailn* Professional demeanornn**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
